It´s a concept album which revolves around the Towers of silence, funerary structures used by the followers of the prophet Zoroaster. According to their beliefs, human cadavers are impure and should not contaminate the earth. For this reason they are moved to the Towers of Silence so that the vultures may devour their flesh and the sun can bleach their bones until they are dust. But the progress spiral in which we currently find ourselves is hopelessly disturbing this civilization, as these ancestral constructions are being absorbed by the big cities. The problem is aggravated by the near total extinction of the vultures that formerly carried out that purifying task. And this is, in band´s own opinion, a metaphor for the real fate of human beings: self-destruction

Se trata de un álbum conceptual que gira en torno a las Torres del silencio, monumentos funerarios de los seguidores del profeta Zoroastro (Zaratustra). Según sus creencias los cadáveres humanos son elementos impuros, que no deben contaminar la tierra, por lo que son trasladados hasta estos edificios mortuorios para que sean los buitres los encargados de devorar sus carnes y el sol blanquee sus huesos, hasta su absoluta desintegración. Pero la espiral de progreso en la que nos encontramos está afectando irremediablemente a esta civilización, siendo estas ancestrales construcciones absorbidas por las ciudades, lo que se ve agravado con la casi total extinción de los buitres que antes cumplían esa función purificadora. En opinión de la propia banda, metáfora del auténtico sino del ser humano: la autodestrucción.
